1977 - 1st Plant at Jaykaygram (Kankroli, Rajasthan)

- Technical Collaboration General Tire Co., USA (now Continental)

1991 - 2nd plant at Banmore (Madhya Pradesh)

1997 - Acquired Vikrant Tyres Ltd, Mysore (Karnataka) - Turned around within 12

months

2008 - Acquired Tornel, Mexico.

2010 - Construction begins for state-of-art Green Field plant near Chennai, India
