COMMERCE
The Smt. Maniben M.P. Shah College of Arts & Commerce is the first of the five
Institutions for women run by the Seva Mandal Education Society(SMES). It was the
foresight of the founder members to start this institution with just 7 students way back
in 1957 and in the course of these years it has grown from a sprout to a huge tree from
a single department to a multi faculty & multi dimensional institution.

EXISTING SYSTEM AND ITS DRAWBACK

They use to do manually i.e FORM.
For data they use to do save this FORM for future and in Excel also they used
to save.

Draw backs of existing system:

To save that record in FORM were very difficult.

To handle that FORM for future was to difficult.

In Excel there are limited record so difficult to save and for future use also.

THE ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM

The

system is very user-friendly. Any user who has basic computer

knowledge can easily operate it.
With

the help of visual basic 2010, the system is graphic user interface
due to which any man can work very efficiently with the system.
Since all the data are saved automatic, so ease to check for future also.
The

system also provides security.

Thus

from the above advantages it is clear that we have concluded their

system to well refined computerized software.
