Business, with its Head Office at Queens Road Bangalore.
Promoter of Attica group, Mr. Bommanahalli Babu have a long
term vision of addressing the problems faced by the public
who wanted to sell their used gold for a fair rate. In todays
scenario, when the public looks for buying gold they have got
hundreds of Jewellers available and they are more or less
organised. Similarly when people want to pledge their gold,
again there are NBFCs, Pawn Brokers, Cooperative Societies,

operation. Though the old gold buying is happening in an
unorganised manner, Mr Babus vision is to set up his business in

machines in each and every branch, Attica clearly wants to set a
milestone in the old gold buying business.

Company will invite Applications /Proposals to start
franchisees/Super

Internal Marketing team will study on the Proposal and
approve/reject/suggest a new location
Once Approved. Proposed Franchisee should fill in the
Application form and furnish the same to Attica through
Super Franchisees/Marketing Team
Once documentation is completed to satisfaction Sales
& Marketing Team will jointly decide on the roll out date
The above process will be initiated after completing the
legal clearance of the Property by the legal team
There will be an agreement to cover all the clauses
related to the rights of Attica as well the rights of the
Franchisee owner
Franchisee Premises, Equipment's including Electrical
and Electronic materials as per Company Specification.
Karat Checking Machines will be supplied for the
Company and will be buying back the same over a period
of 5 years by paying monthly payments to the Franchisee
owner.
