Ideal Training Approach
Students should not go to relatives , known person company
Not to less pressure public enterprise
Stipends should be there then company will put pressure on interns
Week end training program at institute campus with Faculty , Dean and
Corporate Trainer.
Interns should do training within periphery so that they can come to
Institute in week at leat in 15 days for week end training ( must)
Marks on PPO( Pre placement offer) where it is not mandatory for student
to join with joining date after third Semester.
Company guide gathering and introductory program
Placement officers visit to supervise students activity and to build
relationship with Company guide for future prospects
Inquiry for stipends if student is performing , contributing then co will give
stipend
Stipend enhance company supervision and student motivation.
In next year most of the intern should be placed with training arrangement
from institution with stipend and with proper interview.( act as mock
testing for placements and company get desired right candidate at low
cost as same students cost 5 to 9 time after completion as payment cost)
