Participate in a Commitment Ceremony as an outward
sign of their decision to accept fully and wholeheartedly,
Scouting, its mission statement, its principles, the Scout
Method, and the policies of the Boy Scout of the
Philippines.

5. PATROL FLAG
Each patrol will have to create their respective patrol flag, which
symbolizes your group, carry it w/ pride & dignity. Patrol Flags are
stackable that means you should not leave it unattended. Stolen and or
missing flags will have corresponding punishment. Only the members
of the Training Staff are authorized to stack any Patrol Flags.
6. Staff Area
The staff area is off limits to all the trainees. Counselors who are
member of the course staff should be the one going to their respective
Patrol Corner.
