paramount importance.

We perform our tasks not because we FEAR

the PUNISHMENT for non-performance;
We perform our tasks not because there are
REWARDS and RECOGNITIONS waiting for the
grab;
We perform our tasks not because we are
being WATCHED by our superiors and
colleagues;

the call continues

We perform our tasks because we are

convinced that it is the MOST NOBLE ACT of an
HONORABLE PUBLIC SERVANT!
