• Employed as trainer, Certificate II in
Horticulture, teaching Kensington High School
and Victorian College for the Deaf, 2002 – 2009
• Senior trainer Certificate II in Horticulture, 2003
– 2009
The History
• 12 Acre bluestone quarry in Brunswick,
Melbourne, till the 1950’s
• Rubbish tip, Brunswick City Council till 1981
• Leased to the Centre for Education into
Environmental Strategies (CERES), 1983
• Developed as a training and educational
institution, focussing on organics and
permaculture, 1983 – present.
• Gained organic certification, 2003
