PREFACE
Today I learned about PFC teached by Mr. Kunkun and
Stockfit and Assembly by Mr. Didin.
What is PFC?
As I have known and learned, PFC is a guiding thing (some
sheets of paper) to make a shoe. Each shoes model has
different PFC. In other hand PFC is a production process
standard in making shoes including upper {material,
laminating, cutting, silk screen processing, HF welding,
skiving, buffing, stitching and many many more} and also in
bottom area {IP process, rubber, pre stockfitt, stockfitt, and
many many more} also assembling to keep quality of the
shoes based on based practice.

What is IDS?
IDS stands for Internal Dimension Standard. Each size has different
length measured inside vertically. There is a grading formula, for
example:
How long addition length from:
Size 7 = 326mm
Size 7T?
Calculating:
Size 7T = 326 + 4.23
= 330.23 mm

What is Stockfit?
Stockfit is sticking process between midsole and outsole or with airbag.
An issue must be concerned among many issues is expired date of IP and rubber.
IP (UV process) has two weeks expired date.
Rubber has 24 hours expired date.
What is UV Process?
UV process is a basic glue. UV process does not use glue, it is just a
