
The increase of the number of people
becomes faster day after day. The
increasing speed of population increase,
must be balanced by the increase of need
fulfillment. The most basic of human need
is the need of water. Human and another
living organisms cannot live on Eart if
there is on water.
 Water

Water is used by humans for
house hold needs, industry and
agiriculture. Water is the natural
resource which is absolutely required
by all living organisms, therefore its
existence must be managed well, so it
can be used to satisfy human need in
reaching their life welfare.
Air

Clean air can also change to be
dirty. Air pollution happens because
of the large amount of smoke
produced by vehicles and smoke from
factory chimneys. The increase of
need of transportation means and
the number of factories is caused by
the increase of the number people.
 To overcome the problem,efforts need to
be made to monitor environment quality every
year, mespecially air quality, group water
quality, and the quality of the water.
 Then,we must manage natura; resources
actively and wisely by considering integrated
progams and partnershippattern, that s by the
method taht has objecttive as follow :


a.To used resource in a controlled and wise way

b.to achieve enviromental preservation
c. to use science and tecnology as well as
information system in enviromental
management
d.To build enviroment awareness and encourage
attitude and behaviour which care about

 Need is very closely related to
humans and other organisms. Need is
different from wish. Need is
something that is required by human
in life, while wish is the manifestation
of need the quality and quantity of
which can be different for everyone.
 People’s need for haousing
causes the decrease of productive
agricultural land. Besides, the
increase of population also causes

 The function transfer of productive land
to haousing or industry is only useful for
certain people. Therefore, the development
which uses productive agricultural land must
be limited immediately
 We must be able to use the existing
land, including potenial land that is not
cultivated yet, for example, using house
yard to cultivate useful plants such as TOGA
progam, live pharmacies.
 Enviromental destruction can also be
caused by illegal logging in the forest, of
which the effect can harm humans such as
flood, landslides, and erotion, so we must
