A. BACKGROUND

Nowadays, the challenge in education development goes tightly and it also

followed by the darting progress of science and technology. It makes youth
people

have to be more competitive. They must have a good knowledge in

science. The reason of estabilishing this international school is to support the

advancement of science in international standart, especially for rural are.
Because education in rural area should increase as the same with education in
urban area. Hopefully, every children can have a same degree for their
education.

B. GENERAL PURPOSE

To send their children to school quality, and quality for children useful for the
country and nation. In addition the school is one of the main objectives is needed to
study life. Every child is also entitled to a proper education and to create a young
generation of quality and competitiveness.

The school is also able to create a positive school culture to encourage the pupils to
develop the mind in order to create a young generation of the plume. School is the
main form in the application in science, quality school provides a special attraction.

The whole school community is also to appreciate a difference in the position of

teachers as a teacher and giver of knowledge for role models for students, provides
a record of behavior that gives awards to students so do not look at the background
of religion, culture, or ethnicity.

C. SPECIAL PURPOSE

Able to raise behavior and specific character

Rear student to be real human

Able to presenting the good balance between thought and action so that can
make schools character increasing rapidly and will be known by wide
community.

Student also must be able think creative, selfsufficent and skillful appropriate
with rules of school that has been agreed before.

D. DAY/DATE/TIME
At the beginning of school construction was started on 20 August 14 until 09 December
2017. This process in accordance with the planning and development process is
running about 3 years , and school building maintenance period runs of 1 year. And
after the maintenance period , the school will start operating. And the time hours of
teaching and learning in this school only runs in the morning at 07:15 until 13:30. after
the learning process is resumed with laboratory practices of 14.30 until 16:45 . and
after school laboratories ended the school 's teaching and learning process , and is
prescribed for the students and the students should immediately return home each.

E. CONDITION
At the beginning of the construction of this school built on land that was once made into
fields by the people here , and now this school has been built in stages and construction
of this school will be developed if the people around this area more dominant entrust
their children's education in this school . this school is located in place away from the
crowds. So that every student can learn more focused and consentrate on the lesson
learned. This school was established international standard and the number of
classrooms in schools across the room numbered 18 room and the room was only for the
classroom and on the laboratory room school building 5 laboratories which there are 2
laboratories of Computer , 1 chemistry laboratory, 1 physics laboratory, and the last
laboratory of biology. And the whole room lab. This school is one of the lab Complete,
functions that male and female students is facilitated to study in this school . This school
was built in order to study this area develop better than usual, and the school was built
with adequate facilities so that - students and students more enthusiastic about learning.

F.METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION
The sewage of the premises sometimes needs diverting as well.
Each stage is crucial to get right, if not the project could result in failures or in
creating an unattractive space, which is not fully utilised.
Stage 1 Preliminary Work
It is crucial to get the design right to suite your needs. Once a design is established
it will be submitted to planning as most basements need planning consent (unless
it can be achieved under permitted development, rarely the case in basements).
We will prepare calculations and drawings for Building Control and Party Wall
surveyors. We can offer a full design service depending on your needs from a
simple shell to a modern high standard finish. Some services such as gas and
electric meters might need moving prior of works.

Stage 2 Front excavation

If you currently have some type of basement or cellar we might be able to dig
from the front garden so all the works go from the front garden as appose to
through the house. This will enable you to be less disturbed during the majority of
the construction stage. We might be able to work under some slabs depending on
the slab construction. The holding is placed for security and storage. The front
area might be filled in on a later stage or constructed to accommodate a front
light well. If no basement exists we will still build a front holding, however we will
need access to the front room in the initial stage as we might not be able to work
under the concrete or the wood floor.
Stage 3 Insertion of Beams
This will depend on the design but usually in older houses it will take the load of
the floor of the ground floor and entail moving the sleepers. This will enable a
clear open space hence making the basement potentially one of the biggest
rooms of the home if not the largest.

Stage 4 Underpinning, excavation and slab construction.

This stage will take time as the underpinning has to be done in sequence
according to the engineers specification and inspected by the building control.
Once the underpinning is completed the remaining soil will be removed. Once
the earth is removed the slab can be constructed, the slab will be 200 to
300mm thick with reinforced steel normally tied into the toes of the pins.
Stage 5 - Water proofing and floor construction
The new room is water proofed by a membrane on the floor and walls and
sealed together. The floor will be constructed of 18mm tongue and grove
boards or screed on top of the membrane. This will depend on the type of
flooring required to finish the room.
As the waterproofing is crucial more information is dedicated to this subject.

Stage 6 Staircase
We might have done all the works without interfering with the main house however
once the new staircase is to be fitted, access will be needed. This stage might be
delayed while the internal fit out is taking place.

Stage 7 - Internal fit out

This stage is where your basement area comes alive to suite your needs. The
electrics, plumbing, portioning and all the internal work will depend on your needs
which were implemented in the design.

G. SPECIFICATION
Tanimulya International School is a school with international standart. Tanimulya
international school pants school built on 10 acres of land, and located at the foot of
mountain Lubuk Raya. This school can be reached from the city center field with a time of
2 hours, and has a field distance from the city center 85 km. This school consist of a
kindergarten, elementry school, junior high school. Tanimulya internation school also has
support facilities and learning activities, the facility is in the form of classroom size 5x5
meter equipped with air conditionin that makes students comfortable and at ease learning
in the classroom, chemistry lab, physics lab, biology lab, dan computer lab which each lab
is equipped with apploances which is fairly complete and size of each lab was made
10x10 meters in which students can comfortably learn. Tanimulya International School
also equipped with other supporting facilities, the sports field, along teachers room,
headmaster room places of worship in the form of mushalla, school cafetaria, and parking
field that is wide enough to accommodate vehicless of teachers or students.

teacher's desk . Inside this

That teachers do not need to
leave the room when going to
the toilet .

3. Physics
Laboratory
This laboratory is located beside the
chemistry laboratory . This school
has only one physics lab. Although
this is only one laboratory, but this
room
is
the
most
complete
laboratory among schools that once
existed in this area .This room is
equipped with CCTV to safeguard
them. This room is also equipped
with ac to provide comfort to the
students who use this laboratory .
This room can accommodate 50
students who are doing the practice.

Lab is a room that needed a school
as the completeness of the learning
process . For example , biology
laboratory . The room is designed as
comfortable as possible for students
when considered from the room
layout and the completeness of the
equipment . Availability of air
conditioning is also necessary to
maintain the freshness of the room .
This room is a favorite room for
students because students' interest
in biology that is supported by the
convenience and completeness of
equipment .

5. Computer
Laboratory
We built this room specifically for
computer
labs
which
can
accommodate up to 30 units of
computers. This room is also
equipped with air conditioning so
the room stays fresh all the time
even though the room was filled
by students who are learning.
The school has three computer
labs where capacity and the same
room specifications as described
previously.

6. Parking Lot
This field deliberately kept simple
with emphasis on comfort for the
owner
of
the
motorcycle.
A
spacious parking lot should also be
calculated
by
comparing
the
number of students who bring
personal
vehicles
to
school.
Parking lot be closed so that
vehicles are not exposed to the hot
sun and rain. The parking lot was
also made of concrete so that the
parking lot was not muddy when it
rains.

7. Living Healt
Health space is very important for
schools . The availability of this room
to watch if there are students who
are injured or ill at the time at
school . Therefore the health should
be maintained clean room . The room
must have a window that is sufficient
as air vents . Closet drugs and
medical equipment are required to
be
maintained.
For
room

students, was made more closed so
other students who are outside , do
not enter if not interested. Do not
forget giving sufficient window for
good air cycle .

8. Canteen
Canteens were clean and
orderly is very important for
high school students . a
spacious cafeteria with a
comparison to note that there
are many students .
there are a lot of fans are
made in the cafeteria to make
students as comfortable as
possible while in the cafeteria.

9. School
Library
The school library is the largest
room in the school, the library size
three times larger than the teacher
office space . This library has
computer technology if you want to
find a book in this room . This room
is also equipped with facilities such
as tables, chairs and ac , bookcases
, computers and others. and do not
forget , this room is also equipped
with CCTV to maintain the security
of the library in order to create a
more conducive atmosphere .

H. CONCLUSION
Each area requires the development of science is uneven. Because, every
child is entitled to receive the same education in every area. Education
will help them to live a brighter future, with technology that also supports.
And this school, Tanimulya International School, is a school that has
facilities to support every child to get an education that is more feasible
with the advancement of the technology provided.
