WorkAbility IV Criteria
Criteria a student must be meet in order to be eligible
for WAIV services:
1.Be a SDSU student or recent alum with a permanent
documented disability
2.Be a US Citizen or permanent resident
3.Be a consumer of the State of California Department
of Rehabilitation (DOR). SDSU students with
disabilities who are not currently consumers of DOR
should contact WorkAbility IV to meet with a DOR
Counselor on campus to determine your program
eligibility
