Role of YAF

To study the Bible

The bible is Gods revelation to human
kind and teaches us much about who
God is and who are. Through the bible
we are called to be in a relationship with
Gods word of immense importance to
the Christian youth as it teaches,
rebukes, correct and admonish (2
Timothy 3:16-17)

Prayer YAF
7

Prayer is simply talking with God as we

would with anyone, we love and trust.
Prayer is essential to the youths
relationship with God.

Psalm 119:18
Psalm 139:23-24

The PCG is a community of fellowship

sinners saved by the grace of God and
called to walk alongside each other. God
wants us to be in a relationship with one
another, to rejoice and weep with one
another.

Hebrews 10:24; 1st John 1:3

YAF Witnessing
9

The energetic group in the PCG is the

YAF. Witnesses are people who tell others
what they have seen or heard. Jesus and
his disciples strategy was witness to
entire mankind.

Matthew 4:19 - Jesus tells us to be

fishers of men
Matthew 5:16 Our god works point
others to God
2nd Corinthians 5:20 YAF as

10

1st Thessalonians 2: 8 We share both

the gospel and ourselves.

YAF IS ABOUT SERVICE

11

Serving God by serving others is

something that grows out of our love for
God and thankfulness for what God has
done for YAF. Everyone who wants to live
for Christ carefully listens for his call to
serve others

1st Corinthians 15:58

Galatians 5:13
Hebrew 9:14

Effective Youth Adult Leadership in

PCG

For effective Youth Adult Christian
