An emphasis is placed on American art,
literature, music, and television.
You will also analyze fads, trends, and
icons of the 20th century.

The aim of this course is to:
enable students to understand and respond to what
they hear, read and experience
enable students to communicate accurately,
appropriately, confidently and effectively
encourage students to enjoy and appreciate a

skills in analyzing and creating inferences
