Risks and Risk

Mitigation

IP, Trade secrets & confidential data are key risks while considering outsourcing or offshoring in Manufacturing/IT/BPO/KPO

The best way to mitigate the risks is for the OEM or the Company planning to outsource to set-up their own entity in India

In this case all contractual obligations comes under the Employer-Employee relationship on which there is legal recourse

The gaps in the Law pertains to contracts with sub-contractors, their sub-contractors, employees and ex-employees

Outsourcing Manufacturing is not only a matter of convenience for small and mid-size companies; it is a pre-requisite for survival

Few companies have the ability to invest in and routinely upgrade the millions of dollars in equipment, personnel & process
technology required to compete in a market of shrinking product lifecycles and eroding margins

If you are a smaller company, you will likely face more challenges than your larger competitors when it comes to outsourcing

The logical way to set the course for exploring the potential in the Indian market is to be an inclusive part of the marketplace

We offer you the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) option over a 3-5 year period

Company, Trademark, Patent, Logo Registration, Employee payroll, Bank Account, Invoicing etc. will be in your Company name

We are your Strategic Partners for market entry into India

the single largest country market for dental
products and materials.
The value of dental equipment and
laboratories market itself is about US$ 90

Summary and Way

Forward..
Our objective of presenting this White Paper has been to open-up to you the possibilities of doing business with
India and present a document that is all factual and concise

This document should lead you to conducting your own research in your particular industry or your Clients industry
and narrow down on specific gaps where we can identify that there is an opportunity of either introducing a product
into the Indian market or to source out of India for the market you or your client is residing in
Centring India as a Hub opens up hundreds of business opportunities, which obviously leads to business generation
Focussing on trade between India and the country you are residing in, brings you into contact with businessmen
who want to deal with India but, are sceptical because of the complexities of doing business with Indians
What you need to do is to make a pitch on how we can bring value to their business by ironing out all challenges
that they would face when dealing with the Indian market
This is where we propose our value-add as India Market Entry Specialists who will go beyond what Consultants
normally do and actually take end-to-end responsibility and accountability of a transaction or project

Exports out of India in 2015-16 was US$ 260 billion and Imports into India in 2015-16 was US$ 380 billion

Its on us to align and plug-in to the trade that is already taking place, stretch our hands and pick the fruits

Thank You
