SITUATION
Petro Ivanovich chief doctor at a local hospital
Realized STIs were highly prevalent among the youth
Even though treatable, not addressed due to inhibitions
because of shame and embarrassment
Decided to start a youth friendly clinic
Got all necessary permissions, funding etc
Couldnt manage it along with his present job
Hence a team of 4 doctors headed by Mykita Varylyovch

PROBLEM
Highly qualified-experienced doctors from different fields.
Highly Cooperative & enthusiastic
focussed on own roles, motives and ambitions
Mykita tried to resolve the same in a meeting
no guidance from his side
Sub-groups formed & blamed each other
In the next meeting he tried to intervene
Not successful in convincing anyone
Was bypassed by the sub-groups
