out, try not to change the number
If you list someone elses number (ie. Friend/relative)
make sure they are expecting phone calls from
programs

dont get rid of an e-mail account after youve sent out the CV

Once your CV gets mailed out, it is difficult to change the


contents
Avoid changing addresses, phone numbers, e-mails.

Keep things consistent


The contact information for your application, CV, or whatever
else goes to residency programs should match.
Different contact information could lead to delays because
correspondences got sent to the wrong address.
