Frequent Business
Traveller Parking - FBT
Special Feature Of Sydney
Parking
airport parking.

FBT Parking(contd..)
Many employers provide cars to their employees for the employees'

private use. Any day an employee uses the car, the employer incurs
fringe benefits tax. Often this fringe benefits tax is passed on to
employees.

But what if these employees are frequent

travellers?
Frequent Business Travellers may leave their cars parked at the

airport for many days a year. This is inefficient for employers and
employees
1.the employer cannot access the car for other uses,
2. the employer is incurring fringe benefits tax for days when the
employee is not actually using the car,
3.the employee may then be bearing the cost of fringe benefits tax
for days he is not actually using the car.

FBT Parking(contd..)
An employer simply signs up in advance for Sydney

Airport's FBT Parking. Then, whenever an employee

parks at Sydney Airport officially takes custody of the
car.
Now, employers can access the car, if needed;
Fringe benefit tax is not accruing on the car while it
is under Sydney Airport's control;
AND the cost of valet parking at the airport can be
significantly reduced when taking into account the
potential tax savings.

Remote long term

Parking
Free Bus service operates on a continual

rotation between the Remote Long Term Car

Park and the Domestic Terminals.
