Tacit Knowledge Awareness Training

The training will be designed specifically for client
The training will focus on the management of tacit knowledge
While it is clear that Tacit Knowledge cannot be managed in
isolation from Explicit Knowledge, the training will be focused
on developing an understanding of the management of tacit
knowledge
Each training session includes teaching presentations and
exercises conducted individually and in small groups
Each day will have two sessions separated by lunch break with
informal discussions and mid-morning and mid-afternoon
breaks
The course will cover internal and external tacit knowledge
