Para ENFERMEDAD PROFESIONAL
La ARP que tenga el afiliado que requiera una prestacin
asistencial o econmica en los casos de Enfermedad
Profesional, deber asumir la atencin y el pago.
Igualmente crea mecanismos de repeticin entre las ARP
responsables, pero DESPUS de que la primera pague o
atienda la enfermedad profesional

Para ACCIDENTE DE TRABAJO (Artculo 1)

La ARP en la cual se hubiere presentado un
accidente de trabajo, deber responder
integralmente por las prestaciones derivadas de
este evento, tanto en el momento inicial como
frente a sus secuelas, independientemente de que
el trabajador se encuentre o no afiliado a esa
administradora.

PRESTACIONES ECONMICAS
INCAPACIDAD TEMPORAL : 100% del IBL. (Art 2 y
3)
INCAPACIDAD PERMANENTE PARCIAL.

PENSIN DE INVALIDEZ : Entre el 60% y el 90% .

PENSIN DE SOBREVIVIENTES: 75% del IBL. (Art

TRASLADO DE ARP (Artculo 21)

El traslado ser cada dos (2) aos
para quienes estn en el ISS, y un
ao para los que se encuentren en
ARP privadas, evitando el gasto
excesivo en comercializacin y
concentrando los esfuerzos de ARP
y empleadores en los servicios de
Prevencin.
