Bangor university was started on 18th Oct 1884 in

was the Voluntary contributions made by local people,

programmes, students with a school leaving
qualification equivalent to the British school leaving
qualification will be considered for direct entry into
the 1st year of a 3 or 4 year programme. Students
from countries whose school leaving qualification is
not at a level equivalent to the British school-leaving
qualification are required to undertake an additional
foundation year

International Entrance Scholarship

Bangor University is offering a 10% reduction off the first years

tuition fees to all International students who apply before the
31st of July, 2011. The International Entrance Scholarship
will replace the International Scholarship that was previously

School of Music---the Parry Williams Scholarships are awarded

to the three students with the best entry qualifications for any
particular year.
