Weekly Holiday (Sec. 103)

In case of factories and other establishment
one day as a weekly holiday.

Every worker enjoys one full day of weekly

leave.

Casual leave & Sick leave

(Sec. 115 & 116)
Casual leaves with full wages for 10 days in a year.
14 days sick leaves on half average wages in a year.

Every worker enjoys Casual leaves & sick

leaves as per by law.

Festival Leaves (Sec: 118)

11 days festival leaves with full wages in a year.

Every worker gets 12 days festival leaves in

a year with full wages

First-aid Appliances: (sec. 89)

One first-aid box for every 150 workers
More than 300 workers are employed, there shall be
provided and maintained an ambulance.

There are 10 first-aid box in BSRM, also has

an ambulance

Maintenance of a safety record book

Section 90
If there are more than 25 workers, a safety
record book should be maintained.

BSRM maintains a safety record book.

Washing facilities (Section 91)

There should be adequate and separate washing
facilities for male and female workers.
There are adequate washing facilities for the
workers.

Canteens(Section 92)
If there are more than 100 workers, there
must be a canteen.
BSRM has a canteen which serves hygienic
food.

Shelters (Section 93)

For more than 100 workers there should be
adequate restrooms.
The restrooms should have drinking water
facilities.
BSRM has a well ventilated restroom with
drinking water facilities.

Rooms for children

Section 94
If there are more than 40 women workers,
there should be rooms for children.

There are no women workers.

Cleanliness
Section 51
Every establishment should be kept clean with
drains covered.

BSRM looked neat and clean.

Ventilation and
temperature
Section 52
The factory should be well ventilated and
temperature should be kept stable.

BSRM is well ventilated but the temperature

is a bit high.

Lighting (Section 57)

In every part of establishment there shall be
provided and maintained sufficient and
suitable lighting, natural artificial and both.
The factory had suitable and adequate
natural and artificial lighting.

Drinking water (sec. 58)

wherein more than 250 workers are
ordinarily employed, cooling the drinking
water facility must needed.
