Fall Window Art: Leaf Suncatchers

Materials

Step by Step Process


White round coffee filters

Paper leaf guide

Use the leaf template to cute out coffee


filter leaves.

Use the scissors to cut through 3 to 5 filters


at a time.

Use the eyedropper/paintbrush to apply the


liquid watercolors

Afterwards move the fragile leaves onto a


sheet of plastic to dry.

Afterwards use the tape to stick them to the


windows

Autumn Leaf Art

Materials

Step by Step Process

First gather the leaves and then


press and dry them

After they are pressed, you can


draw, write, or just doodle on the
leaves with the sharpies.

Use the mod podge on the leaves to


bring out their vibrant colors again.

Tissue Paper Art Fall Tree Craft

Materials

Step by Step process

Tear apart the tissue paper n the


cardboard.

Spray them with the water bottle

Press them down a little.

Work surface- We used cardboard.

Let the tissue paper dry

Small piece of cardboard to create each trunk

After they dry remove the dried


tissue paper from the cardboard

Bleeding Art Tissue- Regular tissue paper will not work. The
package must say bleeding art tissue.

Step by step process

Adult- cut the apple in half

Put the paint on paper plates to dip


the apple in.

Take the apple dip it in the paint and


then push it down on the
cardboard/paper.

If the apple is too slippery poke a


fork in it.

Thick cardboard

Cut the cardboard to look like combs

Put the paint on the paper

Let the child use the cardboard to

Add 10 drops of food coloring to a


cup and mix in 4 tablespoons of
water

Draw up into a plastic dropper

Cotton swabs

Staple a piece of construction paper


to aluminum foil for extra support.

Put the tempera paint in a container


and add a generous squirt of liquid
dish soap to it.

cotton swabs into the paint and
move it over the aluminum foil

Use poster puddy to attach the ends


of a paintbrush to the gears.

Put the paint into each bowl

Use the gears in each paint with the


construction paper.

Mix the jell-o powder with water in a

Empty oatmeal container

Open the oatmeal container

Bend the paper gently to place inside the

Squirt one of your colors of paint into the
