PROBLEMS IN CURRENT STRUCTURE


Being a flat organization the chances of the juniors to get promoted is very less
Each manager is handling two verticals at a time which gives them very less

chances to fully concentrate on a particular vertical and get business for the same.

There are too many online competitors.


The company model being very simple can be easily copied by any competitors.
Revenue earn from each merchandiser is rigid.

STARTEGY FOR NEXT 3 YEARS


In order to achieve the target we have changed the structure and made

division of each vertical with Respective Heads.

Targets to be achieved for the next 3years are as below : 1st Year Overall Profit to be achieved is 4%.

Strategy Used : Increase in sales from Sales Manager & generating more business from the

Business Development team.

Creating Menu for different categories and having the retailers under those

categories like Electronics, Food, Apparel etc.

INCREASE IN TURNOVER

We must be an ubiquitous brand in India in all the 4 verticals in the 1st year to

achieve 8% turnover

We would introduce option of downloaded Android app within the Lifestyle

category and open retail shops in the 2nd year to achieve maximum turnover of 12
% from the 4verticals major focus will be online

In the 3rd year we would propose to make more online adds and use the media

that gives users quick access to cashback, coupons, deals, and price comparison
also newspaper will play a major role in adding more offers on cashback to
increase the turnover by 13%.

Increase presence in many other cities.

2nd Year Overall Profit to be achieved is 5%.

Strategy Used : We will be adding retail stores, and we would also offer offline discount

coupons in the FMCG & F&B segments.


E.g. The e-commerce and clothing retail stores the discounts are
powered by retailers, whereas for FMCGs, the discounts will be
powered by manufacturers.
We would avail the coupons from the website, app, or cut-outs from

newspapers, offering discounts at cash-counters at multiple


hypermarkets.

STARTEGY FOR NEXT 3 YEARS


3rd Year Overall Profit to be achieved is 6%.
Strategy Used : Get noticed and known to the generation by using YouTube &
Television as a platform to reach masses and target the right
consumer.
Pop up Ads associated with Games downloaded from the
Playstore, one click on the add will help the consumer to reach
the platform of Coupondunia.
We would also come up with our own online payment platform.

Reducing Manpower
We would propose to outsource the Human resources
Department & the Accounting Department to reduce the
manpower.
Employment at the retail store and the hotel staff will be
contractual base.(Third Party)
As compared to the current structure we have reduced the
manpower by 20%. The initial count was 150 which is now
