backless), Slacks or Skirt (not more than 2 inches above
the knee), Closed Shoes

3rd Offense: DUSSAP (Discipline Unit Special Student Assistant
Program)

Third minor offense will be sanctioned as one


major offense.

Major Offenses
possession of or under the influence of
alcoholic drink/prohibited drug
possession of deadly weapon
disrespect, dishonesty
vandalism, damage to school properties
creating barricades/ obstruction
assault /physical injury, hazing
sexual abuse, harassment
unauthorized use of electronic gadgets /
software

Sanctions for a major


offense:
A
major offense, depending on its seriousness,
shall be punishable by any of the following:

Suspension
Dismissal
Expulsion
