INTRODUCTION: Background
Soft drink is a carbonate drink that contains of
sweetener, coloring and flavoring. Soft drink has
been launched since hundred years ago and
became very popular in world.
Nowadays soft drink has become life style for all
people all over the world. Kids, teenager and
adult like to drink soft drink.

Manadonese Profile
Manado is a small city that has big potential in
tourism sector and Manado itself. One of
Manado potential is the high of consumption of
culinary. Manadonese is very consumptive,
especially in food and beverages

Soft drink is very popular all over the world. So
everybody has recognized the products like Cola,
Sprite, Fanta and so on.
Information Search
Manadonese find the information about soft drink
from their family, friends, supermarket,
advertisements and brochure.

Evaluation of Alternatives
Manadonese mostly drink mineral water but
when they are in fast food rest, they buy Pepsi
because it included to the package
Product Choice
Based on our research, Manadonese prefer to
mineral water than Pepsi. But when party or
celebration they prefer soft drink.
Outcome/Post Purchase
All people, when they drink Pepsi, they will
satisfy because the taste and the brand already
proven.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION


Conclusion
Percentage of buying soft drink is less than buying
mineral water. In daily habit, Manadonese prefer
to drink mineral water to satisfy their thirsty. In
Manado, demand of soft drink is high for special
moments.
Recommendation
Better if we drink mineral water than soft drink.
Mineral water is natural and health than soft drink
that has a lot of chemicals. We can drink soft drink
sometimes.
