Understood
Covey points out, communication experts estimate that:
10% of our communication is represented by our words
30% is represented by our sounds
60% is represented by our body language
But if we replace these types of response withempathic
listening, we see dramatic results in improved communication.
Empathic Listening : Is putting oneself in the perspective of the
other person, listening with the intent to understand, both
intellectually and emotionally
Focus on learning how the other person sees the world, how they
feel.

Synergy means "two heads are better than one." It is the habit
of creative cooperation

It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding


new solutions to old problems.
