Positive
attitudes skill
The most beautiful thing is using positive reinforcement for students. As, you see in the next
slide illustrated different famous characters as the certificates to motivate students. As
Behaviorism theory mentioned that using positive reinforcement helps to promote class
environment for students ( n.d). Thus, I showed Skinner rewarding slide for students before
teaching to encourage students. I used PowerPoint for all my lesson that I have taught. That
is because it is useful way to engage students. As, Brunner responded that using picture ,
models in the teaching assist students to obtain knowledge and enjoyed at the same time
( 2014). I observed that Behaviorism rewarding contributed to motivate students at the same
time students were following rules. So using positive attitudes skill assisted me as a teacher
to achieve effective lesson. Whilst, it helped students to stop misbehaving, pay attention and
be motivated to keep going on. As a consequence, Behaviorisim rewarding that means
positive attitudes is considered one of my best skill that I used in the learning.

Evidence

Time
management
skill
There is no wonders that using time management is very important skill for the teacher without it the lesson will be
messy. As I am teacher knows how to manage my time but, I faced a problem with the students that were wasting
time while doing activity despite I told them at the begging of the activity you have 5 minutes. Then, I realized that
primary students aren't aware of knowing time, how many time left. Thus, I decided to use technical strategy is
called a timer that shows for students the time. I observed that students interested and engaged more of using this
strategy. That is totally help students to know and mange time as well. Moreover, As Brunner mentioned that using
picture method to show students in the teaching assist students to obtain knowledge and enjoyed at the same time
( 2014). Thus, using timer on display assisted me to achieve time management skill with students and this way
helped them how to organize time to finish on time.

Evidence

Reading skill
Actually, I had chosen story activity, because it assists students to develop
reading skill. That when they focus on story to read and explore what is
happened. According to paged (2013) that uses cognitive development to
analysis, guess, and evaluate through reading story. It promotes language
with the students. It is especially, they acquire vocabulary that helps to build
knowledge. According to Nation (2009) that the students read story has
familiar words, so that promotes fluency development through reading. In
addition, according to meaning focused input that reading or either listening
to story help students in various ways. Firstly, the students able to understand
what they read or hear at the same time feel enjoyable during listening story.
Thus, using story as develop reading skill helped me as a teacher to achieve
the best level of the students. As I noticed that students start improving
reading skill as story considered interesting method for students to learn.

Evidence

Listening skill
There is no doubt that using song method as improve listening skill it assists to
make students as active as interactive in the lesson. According to Cullen (1999)
that using song activity to listen, it means significant way in teaching EFL. That is
because, it helps students to engage in the class. Then, it assists students to feel
enjoyable and acquire knowledge through listening words at the same time.
Moreover, the song is helping students to promote fluency development. So, it helps
to improve language. For instance, the body part vocabulary or learning numbers are
familiar for students. Thus, it assists to develop fluency skill. I observed that using
song method assisted me to achieve the objective of the lesson. That is especially,
when I used in warming up it is motivating way to make students excited and learn
at the same time. So, using song way is really useful to promote listening skill.
