Project Proposal
A program of possibilities
The DNAnovation course is a 90-day kickstart to create an exciting new innovation
engine inside your existing organization. You will be provided training, expert staff and
guidance, and a roadmap for the creation of an effective innovation engine within your
company.
The project will also deliver real results! Not just theory and great ideas, but actual
business models and potential new products, pre-tested in the marketplace as viable
opportunities worth pursuing.
The program will combine both expert external involvement along with your own internal
team, so that the lessons learned in methodology and practice will help infuse your
organization with the new DNA of disruptive innovation.
However, before you can begin, your executive leadership must be committed to
success. The DNA team will work with the executive sponsor to fight off the antibodies
and establish the required operational rules and processes for the program to run
effectively.
