The type of innovation would class the iPod is same with Sony
Walkman as architectural because component are the same but
the system is upgrade. There were small mp3 players around at
the time and there were players that could hold a lot of music
but in 2001 , Apple Computer released a small, sleek-looking
device that called the iPod.

Meaning of lightning-bolt moments is more than billion.
9. Why does Steve Jobs believe that imitators of the iPod like Dell
do not pose a threat?
Steve Jobs know the only Apple could have developed the iPod.
Like the device itself. Apples core strength of knowing how to
make very sophisticated technology comprehensible to mere
mortals is in even greater demand. IPod is not creating but selling
more chip.
10.From what you know about how the iPod has evolved since 2003,
do you think that Apple has continued to innovate?
Why?
Yes, of course. The imply are large market share and lot of brand
mp3 are coming in the market. The barrier of entry
become high
and the demand of the consumer is
wider.
