The definition of stress :

- Something that causes a state of strain


or tension.

:PHYSICAL
stress can affect the menstrual cycle. You might have irregular or no

menstruation, or heavier and more painful periods


Have you ever found yourself with sweaty hands on a first date or felt your

heart pound during a scary movie? Then you know you can feel stress in
both your mind and body.

Reducing your enjoyment and making you feel bad
Making it difficult for you to concentrate or to deal with distraction

You will have work problems.

My result is 20. This result means that I have high stress


One example that I was stressed in college is when I have too much
assessment to finish in the same day, and I dont have much time to do it
one effect of stress on me is Not having a good sleep at night, so I take
three swimming classes each week. Its helps me to relax and organize my
thought. It's helpful because while swimming I focused on my whole body
and gave my brain a rest. But when I stop having my classes the stress

I am moderate stress, and this result means to me that I am in the middle

of stress and I think that I do not feel pressure fast and I can control myself
to be quiet. I feel stress when I will present front my classmate, and that
make me forget every think. I never response to the stress, and I think
positive when this feeling come to me, and it never affects me because I
organize my think and the sentences that I will say it on the position and
the people that always stress they will never fix this problem that they
have and can't overcoming fears.
