A Jungian approach: keep an

eye out for Mercury and the
Moon

aspect* but having a certain discord, and this denotes a

sign. The danger coming from the animus is reflected in

Internationally recognised independence, 13
July 1878.
Occupation of Transylvania, 10 Nov 1918.
Union with Transylvania, 1 Dec 1918.

 Why use 5 February 1859? The electors in

both Moldavia and Wallachia chose the
same leader -Alexandru Ioan Cuza to be
their Ruling Prince. Thus, Romania was
created as a personal union, albeit without
including Transylvania.
Was this the beginning of independence?
Turkish rule was dramatically weakened by
the Treaty of Kuchuk Kainarji, 21 July 1774,
which allowed for Russian intervention.
I would regard it as important because it is
he beginning of a self-directed entity known
as Romania.

Transiting Mars conjunct the

Mars in the 10th house: according to H. S. Green,
if seriously afflicted the Monarch and
Government suffer; some prominent person in
royal or political circles is ill or dies.
Is Mars afflicted? According to Solar Fires Horary
report, it is the second most afflicted planet, with
5 points, while the Sun has 10 points.
So, how do we rationalise the Kingdom chart? In
Platonic terms, it contains the Idea of the King.
In Jungian language, it is the archetypal king.

However, previous transits?

What about previous moments when there
were powerful transits.
What about when nothing happened?
The Ptolemaic answer is that conditions
were not right, and that transits only
coincide with upheaval if other conditions
are in place.
