1. What do you think your teacher expects of you? What should
teachers expect of you?
2. What do you expect from your teacher? What should you expect
from your teacher?
3. Do you think you can be successful in any college class? Why, or
why not?
4. Do you experience any anxiety/fears in college? Why, and to what
extent, or why not?
5. Do you think class assignments are important? Explain. (Why and
why not?) Why do you think there are assignments?
6. Do you think quizzes and tests are important? Explain. (Why and
why not?) Why do you think there are quizzes and tests?
7. A) Do you feel there are stereotypes in education? (race, age, sex,
ethnicity, socio-economic status, etc.)
a. B) How may/do these stereotypes affect learning?
8. Do you feel you are in control of your own learning or is it your
instructors responsibility?
