Our e-ticketing and access control system can be customised and expanded to
suit all your ticketing needs
The core features and benefits of our system are:-
E-ticketing
• A content management system that allows you to be in control of your website
• It allows you to create and sell event tickets
• Collect payment via PayPal or your preferred bank payment gateway
• Chained payment technology (Only available with PayPal – See slide 8)
• We provide blog and gallery modules
• E-store module which allows you to sell products such as memorabilia or souvenirs

We can integrate with any Australian bank’s payment gateway. However, we encourage the use of PayPal due to their
competitive pricing structure. Our system also allows you to choose during the event creation process whether the transactional
and surcharge fees is absorbed into or priced on top of the base ticket cost.

Cost: $140 per person
Assuming that the ticket surcharge and transaction fee is billed on top of the base ticket cost, thetable below shows the
breakdown of cost per ticket that the user will pay. The ticket surcharge and transaction fee can also be absorbed into the base
ticket cost. The admin sets the option when creating the event.

PayPal receives the funds from the customer and can split it three ways. The table below illustrates thesplit. The customer only
sees the ticket cost paid to the Think Pink Think Choices Charity Ball. The Think Pink Think Choices organisation only sees the
cost of A$2.00 paid to VENUE. The VENUE will see the subsequent split of A$1.01 and A$0.99

Economical Development
Our basic system costs $5500 (plus GST). Any additional customisations or extensions will be priced above
and beyond this cost.
However, we do not envisaged this to exceed $9900 (plus GST).
A final quote will be delivered upon conducting a formal requirements gathering and interview session.
Ticket Surcharge
We charge a flat $0.99 incl GST for every e-ticket sold. If you are using PayPal, this will be automatically
deducted from every ticket sale. As described previously, A venue or promoter can apply an additional
surcharge.
Maintenance
Software and maintenance fee of 20% of total development cost will be charged annually
Training
Initial training is bundled into our training package. Additional hours can be purchased as per needs. Training
can be provided on site or via phone/Skype
