Employee Referral Program (ERP):

Employee Referral Program (ERP)

The Purpose of ERP: This Business Practice establishes the intent of

ESG to reward employees for referring qualified candidates and thus
describes the ESG Employee Referral Program.

Employees are encouraged to refer qualified candidates for any open

position. As employment statutes permit and business need justifies,
the Human Resources Manager for a Region or country may establish
an Employee Referral Program under which a referral bonus is paid to
employees whose referral(s) results in the hire of an individual. So if
your referral is hired, you get paid!
