Introduction
The main focus of teaching is
to bring about a desirable
change in behaviour of the
learners. It is brought about
by the teacher having
teaching strategies to active
his objectives.

Meaning of teaching strategies

Teaching strategies are different from teaching skills


and teaching methods as they involve the sum total o
the both.

It is a sum total of : Teaching process involving communication.


Observations of the students.
An individual and his background.
Guidance and counseling.
Study of the child wherever it is required.
