a new survey of leaders from a consortium of business research
organizations finds the incoming generation sorely lacking in much
needed workplace skills both basic academic and more advanced
applied skills, according to a report released today.

The Wall Street Journal,

Nonprofit organizations are flattering at the fact they cannot draw
the Next Generation as lay leaders to help carry the torch as the
seniors retire or pass-on.

Developing young leaders trough education and experience today in order to
prepare them to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Mission Statement:
LEFTHPs mission is to develop leadership, communication, financial and life
skills in young adults to help prepare young adults between fourteen and twenty-
four for a future in leadership roles.

Organization

Objectives:

There are three separate objectives that coincide to meet the overall theme of LEFT HP.

To Develop Young Adults (14 to 18 years of age) attending high school or being home schooled to become leaders
on their campus, in the community or within their home. Creating young leaders that will develop desire for
volunteering and community responsibility.

To Develop Young Adults (18 to 24 years of age) attending colleges/university into leaders on their campus an in
their community. Building skills that will allow them to mentor others, support volunteerism, and create a responsibility
towards community services and prepare them for a career.

To Develop Young Adults interest in the sciences of Project Management, Information Technology and
Engineering.
