 COIL REST SADDLE : This unit is placed
at the starts point of complete operation
for slitting. This coil is putted in to these
saddles through crane for support.
COIL CAR : This unit is placed
underground which is used to lift the coil
for loading on uncoiler center position.
This unit is machined properly guided on
the guide rods and bushes. Hydraulic
Mechanism provide up and down motion.

SNUBBER: Snubber roll device is placed on top of
un-coiler and when the coil is tighten in the uncoiler
this Vertical rollers help to presses the coil to rotate
with Uncoiler and move on pintching and leveling.
Pressing movement : By Hydraulic cylinder
Roller : 350 Dia .
 UNCOILING : This unit is designed to take
capacity of 30 Ton coil. When the coil is
bought and tightened with the help of
carriage ( coil car).The single mandrel type
coil inner diameter and the movement is
done Hydraulically. In addition a break is
also provided so that the coil could enter
according to the working manpower.
 STRIP PINCHING PRESSING AND
LEVELLING: The unit can be centralized at
anytime with the help of our supplied
design. The design is capable of leveling
and pinching different thickness and width
of welding coil/strip ton its next operation of
shearing and cutting. Pintching /Pressing is
done by Hydraulic cylinder. Rollers are
Hardened and grounded special Alloys steel
with antifriction bearing and blocks.

 SHEET CUTTING : The function of this unit is
to shear the strip from 0.5 mm 6mm thick x
1600 mm. The shearing is achieved by two
shear blades bottom blade is in horizontal
position. It is fixed : top blade moves up and
down and is fixed on angular position with
respect to horizontal blades .The up and
down movement of the top blade is achieved
with the help of hydraulic cylinder and
hydraulic power rack.
SLITTER/SHEAR : This unit function is to cut
primary coils into slitted coils. After the
levelled coil which is supported by center
and side guiding then its comes into the unit.
The design is also made for the quick change
of the cutter as the stand is been
automatically been removed by hydraulic
cylinder.
Cutter shaft and Material : Hardened and
grounded.
Cutter material and make : SKD 11 standard
make.
SCRAP REMOVING : This unit is used to
take out end strips fro the coil when it is
Slitted by shear. The speed can be adjusted
it is been conical design which can load the
capacity till 1 ton with transmission
mechanism and clutch system .
COIL TENSIONER AND FEEDING DEVICE: This
unit function is separate steel strip of slitter.
Used break mechanism and Pressuring pad.
COIL SEPARATION DEVICE : The device is
placed on top of the Reeler/ Recoiler. When
the coil is been rewinding into the slitted coil.
This device is been pressed fitted with nitrile
spacers and hydraulic cylinder.
COIL REWINDING/RECOILING : The unit is
been uncoiled levelled slitted tension with
the help of reeling shafts which rotate the
shaft and rewind the slitted coils with the help
of a seperator device. This unit drum which
automatic collapse and Expends the inner
diameter

COIL CAR : This unit is used to lift the coil for
unloading on Recoiler center position. This
unit is machined properly guided on the guide
rods and bushes. The hydraulic Mechanism is
