INTRODU
CTION
Background
In the modern era the field of information and
telecommunications revolution, especially in the
development of gadgets (smartphone). Technology has
changed the way people live and to affect some aspects of
life. Gadgets (smartphone) is currently one of the devices
being highly useful for the whole community both in
adults, adolescents and children.
Problem Solved

Based on the background, then formulated the problem is


how to design and build learning software Language
Learning Software (Bilingual) Using Sound and
Images for Children based on Android.
Scope Problem

1. Applications run on Android-based smartphone.


2. Application teaches English alphabet (alphabet)
3. Applications can teach English language of numbers
(numeric)
4. Applications can teach the English language of
animals
5. Applications can teach English from fruit
6. The application has a menu quiz to test how far the
level of user understanding of the English language
learning of the alphabet, numbers, animals and fruit
Term Limits

To avoid errors in the interpretation or meaning of this thesis, it is proposed


term limits as follows:

1. English Fun For Kids is a learning application that runs on Android-based


smartphones have five menu in learning English early ie, menu alphabet, numbers,
animals, fruits and quizzes that use sound and images.
2. The sound is a physical phenomenon generated by the vibration of an object in the
form of analog signals with amplitude continuously changing with time, the sound is
closely related to a sense of 'hearing'.
