Navigation to create Service Request

Please login with the User name and password provided by your system administrator and
select Field Service Representative responsibility and click on My service requests and 1
double click on Create service requests.
Service Request Form

Select the Service Request Type from the List of values in Type field.
Select the applicable value from the List of Values in the Severity field.
Select the Dealer name from the List of values in Group field.
Select the person name (owner of SR) from the List of values in Owner field.
If Instance No. or Serial No. is known enter in the respective field and press Tab button on
the key board, remaining values i.e. Customer name and address etc. will be populated.
If Instance or Serial No. is not known, Then select Customer type, whether it is Organization
type or Person type.
Then select the Customer from list of Values in the Name field.
Click on Icon Torchlight besides Item or Model field, item search window will come, here
click on search and all the items the customer bought, are populated, highlight the applicable
item and click O.K.
Select the customer contact from the List of values from Last name field at the Left top of
the form.

After finishing header information Click on Workbench Tab, enter Customers complaint in
Problem summary field. Select a problem code from the field LOV. If any note to be entered,
select note type and enter the text in the below box. Save it by clicking on floppy icon on tool bar 4
or press Ctrl+S buttons together.
