 Step 3:
Do not

condenser wall
- Concreting condenser
wall to level PH-2 (RL-
3.120m) and join
Hotwell slab at PH-2
- Start digging to
formation of Hotwell
(RL-11.950)
- Relocate dewatering
Dewateri sump
ng point
- PIT test for Bored Pile
Note: install waterstop bar
to all concrete wall joints
 Step 4:
- Prepare bored pile heads
- Lean concrete to pilecap
soffit
- Form block walls between
pilecaps as side formwork
and fill to slab soffit
- Rebar fabrication to pilecaps
and Hotwells base slab
- Concreting pilecaps and base
slab in one pour
Note: ensure 150mm high wall
kicker is formed during slab
Dewateri concreting and to install
ng point waterstop bar. Dewatering
pump shall remain throughout
concreting, remove pump once
the concrete reach to
dewatering sump
 Step 5:
- Continue pour Hotwell
wall at PH-2 and PH-3 to
RL-11.950m
- Cast-in all embedded
pipe flanges
- Erect scaffold and
formwork (support to
beam soffit)
- Concreting to beams at
Dewateri Condenser
ng point
Note: install waterstop bar
to all concrete wall joints.
Dewatering pump to
remain at Hotwell base
slab
 Step 6:
- Complete pour Hotwell
wall PH-3 to RL-11.950m
- Erect scaffold and
formwork (support to
pump platform soffit)
- Concreting to pump
platform
- Backfill to west of
Hotwell
Dewateri
ng point
Note: install waterstop bar
to all concrete wall joints.
Dewatering pump to
remain at Hotwell base

 Step 7:
Blowdow - Complete pour Hotwell
n pit wall PH00 to PH-2
- Complete pour the
internal equipment
plinths
- Proceed construction
with Blowdown pit
after completion of
Condenser
