What is the difference between
Allopathy and Ayurveda ?
Ayurveda is a 5000 year-old medical knowledge system that originated in
India. Ayurveda derives its medicines purely from nature; its core belief is
that the BODY,MIND and SPIRIT are intimately connected. Hence when
the vaidya treats a patient, say for a digestive problem, he extends his
treatment to include the WHOLE person, his diet and lifestyle patterns and
even his state of mind.
