0 I N T R O D U C T I O N

Administration plan is also know as organizational plan which is a process of


planning , organized , leading and controlling all the resources efficiently .
Resources are meant by capital , manpower , technology and materials .
Administration main role is to ensure that the business runs efficiently by
setting the objective and goals of the business . These objectives and goals are to
be achieve successfully . Administration manager has to arrange the organizational
plan and working schedule besides protect employee s welfare and setting of
employee salaries in order to ensure a comfortable working environment for all the
employees . Administration manager also responsible to make sure the partnership
and employees get salary that are acceptable and fair to all that work in this
business and not forgetting to take care the employees welfare by giving SOCSO ,
EPF and leaves .
