HIP memperkukuhkan pekeliling
1999 yang menyatakan bahawa
semua sekolah harus
melaksanakan aktiviti sokongan
Bahasa Inggeris untuk
meningkatkan pendedahan
murid terhadap Bahasa Inggeris.
Objektif:
1. Mempertingkatkan profisiensi Bahasa
Inggeris murid melalui penggunaan
dan penghayatannya dalam aktiviti-
aktiviti sokongan Bahasa Inggeris.

2. Melaksanakan amalan terbaik


diantara pemimpin sekolah melalui
sokongan, perkongsian intelektual
dan pembelajaran.
