Work Plan Objectives
1. To acquire the necessary skills to develop student learning
outcomes and assessments to design appropriate curriculum for
Resident Assistant (RA) Training.

2. To acquire the necessary skills and confidence in facilitating


discussions, workshop and training on multicultural competencies
to foster a more inclusive environment in the residence halls.

3. Understand the organizational structure of Housing and Residence


Life that provides a holistic support for students through student
leadership, health and well-being and engagement.
