CONCLUSION
Directorate General of Correctional is under and responsible
to the Minister of Law and Human Rights, with several correctional
1 unit consist of : Prison, Detention Center, Correctional
Centers and Home Storage Confiscated Goods
Most of the building conditions in Indonesian prisons are
overcrowded, which ultimately has the potential to decrease the
quality of buildings, the quality of guidance, risk to the security
disturbance and low quality of care. Therefore, the Directorate
2 General of Corrections has made efforts to handling
overcrowded with new construction activities /
rehabilitation building, redistribution inmates and
optimization of PB and CB
Correctional officers who are still not comparable with the number
of prisoner / detainee (1 Personnel Security : 57 Inmates). So,
3 there is strategic needed by increasing the quality of human
resources, building (from a security perspective), and
technology.

Need the government's support for resolution of the problems in

the construction and maintenance of buildings correctional, and
4 the Directorate General of Corrections has made a strategic move
with the formulation development roadmap and correctional
building patterns as guidance on development and maintenance
