Economy
Properly negotiated and implemented, free trade agreements are good for the Canadian
economy. We will carefully consider all trade opportunities currently open to Canada, and
explore deeper trade relationships with emerging and established markets, including China and
India.

We will develop a new export promotion strategy that will help businesses take advantage of
new trade agreements.
Environmental and Natural Resources
We will work together to establish national emissions-reduction targets, and ensure that the
provinces and territories have targeted federal funding and the flexibility to design their own
policies to meet these commitments, including their own carbon pricing policies.
National Defense
We will maintain current National Defence spending levels, including current planned
increases.

We will not let Canadas Armed Forces be shortchanged, and we will not lapse military
spending from year to year.
Employment and/ welfare, education, health care.
Aboriginal community
We will make it easier for homecare and make prescription drugs more
affordable. We will try to fund the families who have no money for the education
for their children and we will try to fund the students enough so they can reach
higher potential. We will fix employment insurance so it will be better for
Canadians and so it can help boost Canadas economy. We will reduce waiting
time for benefits so you will be without income for 1 week.
Justice (law and order), human rights
There will be harsher punishments to those who break the laws and we will make
voting easier for Canadians. We will spent $100 million to the provinces and
territories to support guns and police task. We will commit to human rights and
make sure to promote fundamental human rights worldwide.
