BILOG, ACE M.
IV. JOB REQUIREMENT-EMPLOYEE SKILL-DEFICIENCY

Every job requires its employees to do what must be

done properly. When we see employees not doing
their job properly we tend to correct them. This is a
problem in employing personnel's.
Employees dont always meet our standards or do
the job perfectly as we want to this is because of the
lack of training or educational attainment.
As an employee we must be able to have the right set
of skills for the job to prevent discrepancies in line of
work.
V. TRAINING EMPLOYEES

In many ways the employees are at the mercy of

their supervisors. If the employee chooses to train
and learn the job well the employee has a high
chance of success in his/her career. But if the
employee refuse to learn then the consequences will
happen such as bad image to the company or other
people, or worse being fired.
This is why the company must be able to train their
people the way they needed them. And to prevent
future mistakes from their employees.
VI. THE JOB IS LEARNED INCORRECTLY

The employees tend to learn the job on their own

make procedures on their own or do what they want.
This tends to make more mistakes and future
failures of that employee.
This can be prevented if the supervisor teaches their
employees watching them and correcting their
mistakes to prevent bad things from happening.
VII. LEARNING FROM WATCHING OTHERS.

Employees try to learn on their own when their

supervisor is absent.
Learning from watching others may help when doing
their job.
But learning from watching others may also lead to
failure especially when the person we are watching does
not know what he/she does and just pretends to know it.
This is a huge problem, so that is why employee must
still ask questions or ask their supervisors if what they
saw is correct or not.
VIII. INSUFFICIENT TRAINING

Lack of training of the employees tend to make them

unmotivated or they lose interest because they
cannot learn properly.
In the future they will be the one suffering when they
have lack of training.
This is why the training of employees is an important
role of the organization or the employer.
IX. WHY PEOPLE LEARN

They want to
Their boss makes them
They are curious
They want to know more than someone else
They are afraid of losing their job
They want to make more money
They cant help it
They want to prove others that they can learn
They are ashamed not to
