 FRONT OFFICE
RECEPTION
This section of Front Office receives and
welcomes guest on their arrival in the hotel . It
is headed by the supervisor and comprises the
team of receptionist .
RESERVATION
The Reservation section of the Front
Office department is responsible for
receiving and processing reservation
quiries .

BELL DESK
The Bell Desk is located very close to the main
entrance of the hotel . This is headed by bell captain .
They escort guest to their rooms and familiarize them
with hotel facilities as well as in room facilities .
GUEST SERVICES
During the guest stay the front office provide guest
services to them it means if guest wants anything or
if there is any requirement of the guest then it is
attended by guest services.

E - ROOM
In this room guest can surf internet . This Room
contains desktop , fax machine , printer and xerox
machine .

food served here is generally buffet as well as ala
carte . This kitchen is seen from the restaurant .

It is situated behind the main kitchen . All the
continental salads , fresh fruit juices , cereals
preparation , sandwiches and burgers are made in
this pantry.
BAKERY
It makes all the baked goods for the hotel . Desserts
, breads , chocolates and all savoury products are
made in this kitchen.

 CONCLUSION
When I first started my industrial training , the
things went so fast and left me carving for much
more . Needless to say that experience was highly
enriching and educative as I went on from one
department to other and got an opportunity to get
trained under so respected professionals . I
learned everyone has their speciality and
uniqueness . Till now , this training is the best
thing I had in my life .
