Based on the graph of all grade levels, 74.38% (328 out of 444) of the learners fall on
the normal health status. On the other hand, only 26.13% (116 out of 444) of Grades 7-
10 students fall outside the normal health status.

In the school year 2015-2016, majority of the trainings attended by our teachers were
about K to 12 and LACs.
5. Funding Sources
The drop-out rate in 2014-2015 generally decreases a rate of 4.57 compared to the
end of S.Y. 2013-2014 and slightly increases a rate of 1.25 on 2015-2016. We will
continue to conduct close monitoring on students attendance to attain zero drop-out
rate or reduce the drop-out rate.

17. Status of Continuous Improvement (CI) Project
Accomplishments of our parents and stakeholders includes building of new gate with
