School Profile

1. Enrolment

From 2013 to present, the trend of the number of enrollees both in


male and female is increasing. From a total of 420 enrollees in the
school year 2013-2014, 433 enrollees in 2014-2015 and 438 in the year
2015-2016.
2. Nutritional Status

Based on the graph of all grade levels, 74.38% (328 out of 444) of the learners fall on
the normal health status. On the other hand, only 26.13% (116 out of 444) of Grades 7-
10 students fall outside the normal health status.

The drop-out rate in 2014-2015 generally decreases a rate of 4.57 compared to the
end of S.Y. 2013-2014 and slightly increases a rate of 1.25 on 2015-2016. We will
continue to conduct close monitoring on students attendance to attain zero drop-out
rate or reduce the drop-out rate.

100% promotion rate is maintained for the last three consecutive school years.
