Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis
Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional is an
advanced structural analysis tool that allows you to
perform linear and nonlinear analysis of building models,
bridges, and other types of industrial structures.
With this tool you can define a wide range of advanced
analysis types such as a static analysis, modal analysis,
seismic analysis, spectral analysis, harmonic analysis, and
a time history analysis.

The design process for members of steel or timber structures is

similar
The basic workflow is as follows.
Use the Definitions dialog to define members or groups of members:
- Use the Members tab to define the members and their
parameters,
- Use the Groups tab to define sections and parametrized sections
for groups of members.
Use the Calculations dialog to specify the verification options and
the limit states, and then click Calculations.

the viewer. The following values are presented for each section.

Ix Moment of inertia about the X axis (torsion)
